| Okaaaaaaay... Yesterday, the kidlet and I went to see Vin Diesel in XXX. Of course, we knew it wasn't going to be "Howard's End" - but just how crappy? No clue going in! I will admit, I thoroughly enjoyed Vin's bod. Nice work there, God. Soundtrack was ROCKIN'! The camera work was nice - lots of flying motorcycles - some snowboard parachuting - explosions and fires - very watchable. Ummmm Plot? Not so much... One thing though. Vin Diesel does have "it". He's got a certain appeal with the camera. If he plays it right, he could be a big star for years to come. That being said - I must also conclude that the boy needs to get himself over to Stella Adler, or Lee Strasberg or whoeverthefuck is giving acting classes nowadays. 'Cause let's face it. The kid's no Keanu Reeves... |
