I'm cautiously optimistic. I took the pipes apart under the sink and snaked and snaked. Although the snake didn't go very far, I kept up my crazy snakin'... After a few hours and lots of sweating, I decided just to test it.

The water is draining. Really. It's draining.

I don't know why. I guess I fixed it!

I'm washing those dishes so fast, before the clog or whatever it was - lodges somewhere else in the pipes!

Wow. If it turns out that I actually fixed my own plumbing - I am gonna feel soooooo accomplished!
